The problem

You answer the same questions on every arrival.

Door code. WiFi. Where to buy groceries. One message is nothing. Fifty arrivals a month is a second job.

WhatsApp at 23:40

Guest lands at midnight. You’re asleep. They need the door code and nobody answers.

The PDF nobody opens

An 18-page file in the confirmation email. They look for it at the door, with bags in their hands.

Three houses, three booklets

Each house has its own WiFi and lock. Copy-paste last week’s guide and guests get the old codes.

Guests don’t read manuals

They open the phone at the door and look up the code. That is what has to be there.

Extra services

The guest asks for the extra. Pays on Upbridge. We coordinate all of it.

Early arrival, late departure, a mid-stay clean. They request it in the guide, pay on an Upbridge page, and we coordinate all of it: the cleaner gets the message. We do not charge for the night.

Demo amounts are illustrative, not an income promise: MX$450 early check-in, MX$550 late check-out.

How it works

How your guide arrives

We do not ask you to learn a tool. We build it. You send it.

1
You send the listing link

Airbnb, Booking or your own page. That is enough for a first version.

2
We build it

Check-in, WiFi, map, distance-ranked tips, extras. In Spanish. Ready to open.

3
You paste it in the arrival message

One link. The guest creates no account and downloads nothing.

4
The questions that remain actually matter

That is where the next problem shows: extras they will pay for, and what each checkout consumes.

What changes

What stops happening

Not a feature list. What you subtract from your week.

You stop

  • Forwarding the WiFi at 11pm
  • Keeping three PDFs that go stale the same day
  • Explaining check-in by voice, guest in the street

You keep

  • WhatsApp when the guest actually needs a person
  • Airbnb, Booking or the PMS you already use
  • Deciding which extras you offer, and at what price
Live guides

This is what the guest opens. Not a mock.

Casa Sori is Harmony’s guide. Casa Ámbar is BbHomeMx. Both open with a link — no booking, no PIN.

Check-in, house, map and extras. That is the product, not a roadmap promise.

Why it is free

The guide for your house, finished. No charge.

A PDF of “10 Airbnb tips” proves nothing. A finished guide to your house does. Checklists and inventory are included now, not gated behind a call.

We build every guide. You send the listing link and edit what needs changing. The full product — guides, checklists, inventory — is free 12 months for 10 founding customers.

The guest does not switch apps

The guide is a link you paste into Airbnb, Booking or WhatsApp. If you run reservations in a PMS, we keep working with it — Guesty, Hostaway and the rest.

Questions

What they ask us before the demo. If something's missing, WhatsApp us.

What is a digital guest guidebook?

A web page for the property the guest opens on their phone: how to arrive, how to get in, WiFi, house rules, a neighbourhood map and extras they can ask for. It is not a PDF and it is not an app. In Mexico almost nobody searches “digital guidebook”; they search for not having to ask you the door code at midnight. That is what this solves.

Are the guides really free?

Yes. We build every guide; you edit the info. Guest guides are free forever. The full product is free 12 months for 10 founding customers. No card.

Does the guest have to install anything?

No. They get a link and open it in the browser. No account, no app, no registration. The static pages on guides.upbridge.com.mx are plain HTML.

Can the guest pay for early check-in inside the guide?

Yes. They request the extra in the guide, pay on an Upbridge page, and we coordinate all of it. We do not charge for the night.

Is there online check-in?

Yes. The guest can upload ID. PIN and contract if you turn them on. We do not file the lodging tax or hold the booking deposit.

What language is it in?

Spanish, written for operations in Mexico. App guides can also go in English when the guest needs it. We build it; we do not leave you an empty editor.

What about WiFi and door codes?

They go in the arrival section. The WiFi password exists in the data model; public static pages do not publish it blindly. On a client guide we show what you authorise for that property.

Does it work with one or two properties?

Yes, and the offer is one property. Copying PDFs hurts more when there are several houses, but a well-made guide helps the guest from the first arrival.

How is this different from Touch Stay or Hostfully?

They sell the tool so you build the guide. We build it for you. The extra is requested in the guide, paid on Upbridge, and we coordinate all of it.

If you would rather see it

Fifteen minutes with one of your houses.

We open an example guide, look at yours if you already sent the link, and you leave knowing whether this cuts messages. The shortest path is still WhatsApp.

Do you know how much bleach and how many towels left with that stay? Per-property inventory is the next problem the guide leaves in view.
