Every item that asks for a photo is stored with time and date, before check-in. When a guest says it was dirty, you send that room’s report and the conversation ends.

That happened to me a few days after I started using it. I sent the kitchen report and the complaint closed in one message.

What is a cleaning checklist for Airbnb?

A room-by-room list your cleaner follows on their phone: items get ticked, the important ones require a photo, and you receive a time-stamped report when they finish. It is not a PDF and it is not a WhatsApp group. It is evidence of how the house was left before the guest arrived.

Is it free?

Yes. Checklists, guest guides, and inventory: all of it, now. 12 months for 10 founders (4 spots left). No card. It will not stay free forever. Guest guides stay free forever.

Does my cleaner have to install an app?

No. It opens from a link in the phone browser, in Spanish. It keeps working if the internet drops for a while.

Can the photos be edited later?

No. Time, date and author are locked. That is the difference with a WhatsApp album: when a guest disputes, you send that room’s report and the conversation ends.

How long does the first list take?

Minutes. You pick a property type, we give you a base list by room, you tune it. That is the only one-time step that is really yours.

Does it work with one property?

Yes. I built it when I had my own houses. One property already justifies not finding out from the guest. With more houses the standard becomes impossible to remember.

Does this deduct inventory when a clean is completed?

Yes. After each stay, stock goes down on the products you configured. The detail is on /inventory.

Do the lists come from the PMS calendar?

Yes. Import iCal or connect Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify or Uplisting. That updates the calendar here. Checkout can create the task. Lists also repeat on a schedule. Assign if configured. We are not a PMS. We do not export iCal.
